2. Eligibility for Returns

 


You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if:

 

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase or invoice.

 


Please note that custom-built, electronic, or special-order machinery are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or malfunctioning upon delivery.

 

 

 

3. Exclusions

 


Due to the industrial nature of most of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

 

  • Water purification machinery and systems exceeding 10 kilograms (10 kg).

  • Installed equipment, including RO systems, pumps, filters, and filling stations, once they have been connected or used.

  • Consumables (e.g., filters, membranes, resin, or UV lamps) that have been unsealed or used.

  • Custom-engineered units or special configurations designed specifically for your water shop.

 

 

 

 

4. Condition of Returned Goods

 


All returned goods will undergo inspection to ensure they meet our return standards.


If the product is found to be used, damaged through customer handling, or altered in any way, WATER SHOP INSTALLATIONS (PTY) LTD reserves the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.

 

 

 

5. Refund Process

 


Once your return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

 

  • Refund Method: The same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Processing Time: Within 10–14 business days after inspection and approval.

  • Deductions: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

 

 

 

6. Shipping Returns

 


Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by WATER SHOP INSTALLATIONS (PTY) LTD (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).


All heavy-duty items, especially those above 10 kg or classified as machinery, must be transported via a registered freight service with proper handling and insurance.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or part, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection approval.

9. Large Machinery Notice

 


Because many of our products are industrial-grade and weigh over 10 kg, WATER SHOP INSTALLATIONS (PTY) LTD treats them as machinery under our operational standards.


Such items require specialised installation, calibration, and handling, and therefore are non-returnable once delivered, unless proven defective upon arrival.
